KALYANA LAKSHMI SCHEME 462.50 CRORES SANCTIONED FOR MEETING THE SCHEME EXPENDITURE FOR FY 2021-22 (FIRST QUARTER) BACKWARD CLASS WELFARE DEPARTMENT G.O. Rt.No.70 Dated 15/04/2021 Backward classes are being provided with a Scheme " KALYANA LAKSHMI " to meet the expenditure of marriage. Government of Telangana announced a budget and provision of Rs. 1850 crores amount required to run the scheme for Financial Year 2021-22. To Meet First Quarter expenditure towards the Scheme, an amount of Rs. 462.50 Crores has been immediately released by government. Prodcedure of Drawal of Funds is Grants in aid bill. Drawing officer would be the concerned DDO. Balance amount of Rs. 1387.50 Crores would be released in the second, third and fourth quarter by Government as and when required.
