SIMPLE STEPS
Companies and LLP's are mandatorily required to file the GST returns with DSC (Digital Signature Certificate). GSTN planned the system in the way that Authorised person DSC of Companies and LLP's is required for filing GST Returns.
Despite of downloading and installing emsigner in our system we still may face issue/error in filing the return of GST using DSC.
Error/Issue : Failed to connect the server - restart the emsigner
Solution : https://127.0.0.1:1585
- Insert the Digital Signature Certificate properly in the port 1585 of computer/laptop system.
- Capture and Paste the above URL on the new tab of the browser and proceed further.
- Pop up with caution reminds us that there will be a a risk of security threat if proceeded.
- Proceed further and Press the Advanced option on the screen to go ahead with the systems function and access to next level which means you are agreeing to accept the risk involved.
- Accepting the risk gives access to functioning of above URL.
- Now Close the particular tab where the above URL is opened and retry the process of signing the GST return with DSC in the GSTN website.
- System would now allow the Emsigner to connect with the server accepting the signing process with DSC and Respective Return filing shall be successful.
- Repeat the solution steps as discussed above at all the times you face the Emsigner issue.
- Returns supposed to filed using DSC can be filed on time without any further complications.
