COMPANY SECRETARY JUNE 2021 SESSION ALL EXAMS ADJOURNED CONSIDERING THE TERRIBLE COVID-19 CIRCUMSTANCES 


Institute of Company Secretaries of India has taken decision to postpone all the exams to be conducted in the month of June'2021.  This decision has been taken in the best interest of students who applied for exams and the staff who are going to be appointed for observation at examination centers. 

The Scheduled time table for June Session exams were in the dates 01/06/2021 to 10/06/2021 but the adverse pandemic situation in the country seems that it is not feasible to Institute to conduct the exams on time with restrictions going on in some states. Institute is more focused about the safety and well being of the students and is very clear about its intention that exams are not the right things at present situation. 


Institute has more than Sixty Five Thousand Members all over the Country and nearly Four Lack Students in all the stages of course. Coordination is required from various stakeholders in order to conduct the exams as per scheduled but there is lack of resources and more problem could arise in coming days if there is surge in pandemic. Taking into account the opinions of students and parents exams have been postponed to further dates. 

Further Dates are not yet confirmed but Institute assured that it would inform the students and other well in advance about the particulars exam dates rescheduled.  At least one month advance notice would be given to the students for preparation of exams and notice would be circulated soon.  

Institute is following guidelines of various Government Departments and would act accordingly to announce the new exam dates.  

Students are being requested to take notice of this announcement and  await for further exam dates notice.  Institute is aware that health of students is the wealth of future.

  REVISED CRITERIA FOR MSME UDYAM REGISTRATION TURNOVER LIMITS INCREASED FOR MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES Business enterprises shall be categorized as a micro, small, medium business enterprise on the basis of the following revised criteria.
