MCA Forms eligible made public meant for waiver off of additional fee, please spot the form particulars and file them by 31st july'2021.
Circular nos. 06/2021 and 07/2021 were made public previously stating that forms to be filed in the months of April, May 2021 as per compliance are been accorded with time till 31st july, 2021. If the forms are filed with in the time provided additional fee would not be levied and just paying normal fee for forms would suffice.
Extension of time and waiver off of extra amount are needed favors during the second wave of pandemic. MCA's broad view in this difficult times made stakeholders relief from some tension. Stakeholder safety is equally important as the forms filing. Every regulatory authority depended on its stakeholders system. If difficulties are being faced by stakeholders it is the responsibility of regulatory authority to act in the favor of them. MCA provided the relief and Forms specified in the list have been given sufficient time to file and adhere to compliance.

The mentioned forms are very few and some more forms could have been added to the list during this difficult time.
If maximum number of forms were added to the list it would be a great favorable gesture towards stakeholders by MCA. As of now only listed forms are excluded from levy of additional fee, MCA might add any more forms to the list as further favor to stakeholders.
