eCSin and Udin generation dates extended till 15th June'2021.

 ICSI eCSin and Udin generation dates extended till 15th June' 2021. 

Institute of Company Secretaries of India has shown its mercy on its members once again and extended the dates for the generation/revocation/rectification of eCSin and generate/revoke/modify of Udin numbers.



eCSin is for the Company Secretaries who are in employment shows the transparency of present employment like organization name working. eCSin to be generated by member about his appointment in a company and with this eCSin created ICSI will knew the member status appointed in an organization.  

eCSin generation date extension scheme was allowed to members but due to practical problems of second wave covid-19 scheme was not utilized by members at large and considered the issue faced Institute expressed its mercy one more time and extended the date till 15th june'2021.  

eCSin can now be generated for all the appointments happened after the introduction of eCSin procedure. A one time great opportunity for members to avail the facility.  Take action accordingly and make set all the irregularities to be  perfect. 

Udin is for the Company Secretaries who are in Practice, Udins required to be generated and put on the document signed in the position of Practising Company Secretary. Udin to be placed in visible manner to all verifiers. Udin helps the verifiers to knew the authentication of document that is signed by a member of practice in force.  Udin is a number consists of Membership number of member and leads to avoidance of fake documents. 

Members who are in practice of profession who could not generate Udins during their issue of signed documents or attested forms are given an opportunity by mercy of Institute to generate/revoke/modify the Udins. This opportunity be kindly utilized and make set all the documents perfect as per the guidelines of the Institute.  

This mercy by institute is to favour the practicing members due to the practical problems like covid effected areas, lockdowns, restricted work timings etc.

All the documents and forms right from the introduction of Udin system can be set in the mercy scheme available till 15th june'2021. Hope there may not be further extensions so kindly be sure yourselves that this time mercy opportunity is perfectly used.
