Exams of CBSE Class XII been abolished for this year in whole country.


Union Government declared to abolish the CBSE Class XII exams due to the hostile situation of pandemic second wave going on in the Country.

There was a lot of confusion going on in the minds of students, teachers and parents regarding the conducting of CBSE Class XII exams which needed a prompt answer to remove their confusion. 

Befitting Answer has been given by Union Government to the confusion arised in the minds of students and others about the CBSE Class XII exams. 





Exams could not be conducted in this stressful situation which may lead to mental stress of students. Exams to go smoothly requires coordination of many stakeholders. which might be impossible in all aspects now. In the fight to curb Covid all states are following different steps according to their severity, few states have adopted lockdowns and others states restricted entry of people in specified containment zones. In view of all practical issues CBSE Class XII exams been cancelled for this marked single year.

Union Government proved that shall always be in encouragement of youth and will never make students stressed for specific reasons like exams while the country is facing covid trouble. Youth health is more important for future of country and needs to protected in the opinion of Government. so the steps are being implemented in a way to protect the health of youth which inturn would be the strength of country in future.

A specific strategy will be followed to declare the results of students in time bound manner soon. An equitable system shall be applied and results are released in due course of time. 

Another facility to the students is being provided that if they wish to write the exams and get the results there will be a provision to do so. CBSE shall take responsibility to implement this facility if Covid situation comes under control.

A specific mention was made to the stakeholders by Government to agree the respective decision and act in favour of students in case of any requirement.
