LLP's TO STRIKEOFF & REMOVE FROM LLP REGISTER BY ROC HIMACHAL PRADESH - CHECK THE DETAILS FOR ANY IMPEDIMENT LLPs with the consent of all Partners Voluntarily applied for strike-off and removal of names from the Registrar of LLPs using respective procedure. All the applications in respective forms are under progress and soon the approvals would be in the favor of Applicants. Nearly 26 LLPs have applied for strike off voluntarily stating reason that business has not commenced for a period of one year and have no operations since the incorporation of LLPs . Stakeholders are requested to check the details of LLPs in the list and if have concerns regarding the Strike off and Removal can express their dissent to the Concerned ROC within the time prescribed.
