 LLP's TO STRIKEOFF & REMOVE FROM LLP REGISTER BY ROC HIMACHAL PRADESH - CHECK THE DETAILS FOR ANY IMPEDIMENT


LLPs with the consent of all Partners Voluntarily applied for strike-off  and removal of names from the Registrar of LLPs using respective procedure.  All the applications in respective forms are under progress and soon the approvals would be in the favor of Applicants. 

Nearly 26 LLPs have applied for strike off voluntarily stating reason that business has not commenced for a period of one year and have no operations since the incorporation of LLPs . Stakeholders are requested to check the details of LLPs in the list and if have concerns regarding the Strike off and Removal can express their dissent to the Concerned ROC within the time prescribed. (30 days from the date of Notice Publication).  Concerned ROC address can be viewed in image below.

As per history INS Rajput was introduced to Indian navy in the year 1980.  INS Rajput, its Commanding Officers and operating crew was always alert to save the Indian Sovereignty and interests in sea. 41 Years of continuous services by INS Rajput are going to be stopped on Friday the 21st Day of May' 2021 at an event to be held at Naval Dockyard, Vishakhapatnam.    Vishakhapatnam name will be added to history once again with the historic events taking place.
