VIVAD SE VISHWAS PAYMENT OF AMOUNT CAN BE DONE UPTO 30TH JUNE'2021 WITHOUT ANY FURTHER ATTRACT OF ADDITIONAL AMOUNT Govt of India - Ministry of Finance - Department of Revenue - Central Board of Direct Taxes has extended time for payment of amount on account of Vivad Se Vishwas scheme till 30th June'2021. Previously given last date for payment is going to expire on 30th April' 2021 but due to the surge in covid cases in the country at present and taxpayers are facing many difficulties in performing timely actions and make payments. Various representations were made to the ministry by stakeholders to the consider the situation and extend the deadlines.   LLP's TO STRIKEOFF & REMOVE FROM LLP REGISTER BY ROC HIMACHAL PRADESH - CHECK THE DETAILS FOR ANY IMPEDIMENT LLPs with the consent of all Partners Voluntarily applied for strike-off  and removal of names from the Registrar of LLPs using respective procedure.  All the applications in respective forms are under progress and soon the approvals would be in the favor of Applicants.  Nearly 26 LLPs have applied for strike off voluntarily stating reason that business has not commenced for a period of one year and have no operations since the incorporation of LLPs . Stakeholders are requested to check the details of LLPs in the list and if have concerns regarding the Strike off and Removal can express their dissent to the Concerned ROC within the time prescribed.
