E-FORMS AOC-4, AOC-4(CFS), AOC-4 XBRL, AOC-4 NON XBRL, MGT-7, MGT-7A CAN BE FILED WITH MCA BY 31ST DECEMBER' 2021 WITHOUT ANY LEVY OF ADDITIONAL FEES (ROC ANNUAL RETURNS FOR FY 2020-21 ENDED ON 31/03/2021).  Ministry of Corporate Affairs   has notified with a General circular No. 17/2021 that  - Relaxation is provided in levy of additional fees on the Annual  e-forms pertaining to Financial year ended 31/03/2021 if filed by 31st December' 2021.
