ROC Annual Filings of forms AOC-4 & MGT-7 of FY 2020-21 can be filed by 31st December'2021 without any levy of additional fees.

E-FORMS AOC-4, AOC-4(CFS), AOC-4 XBRL, AOC-4 NON XBRL, MGT-7, MGT-7A CAN BE FILED WITH MCA BY 31ST DECEMBER' 2021 WITHOUT ANY LEVY OF ADDITIONAL FEES (ROC ANNUAL RETURNS FOR FY 2020-21 ENDED ON 31/03/2021). 


Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified with a General circular No. 17/2021 that  - Relaxation is provided in levy of additional fees on the Annual e-forms pertaining to Financial year ended 31/03/2021 if filed by 31st December' 2021.

In other words the fee levied for filing the Annual e-forms with MCA would be the prescribed normal fee applicable to each company according to their authorized capital till 31st December'2021. 

ROC Annual E-forms covered in this relaxation of levy of additional fee are AOC-4, AOC-4 (CFS), AOC-4 XBRL, AOC-4 NON XBRL, MGT-7 AND MGT-7A.  

Companies and Stakeholders are being given enough time by MCA to file the Annual returns  along with relaxations in additional fees. This proves that MCA is always supportive to Corporate and Stakeholders.
