LLPs can file Form 8 by 30th December'2021 for Financial Year 2020-21

 Limited Liability Partnerships Can File Form 8 (Statement of Account and Solvency) by 30th December'2021 for Financial Year 2020-21 without any additional fees


Limited Liability Partnerships are being given an opportunity by MCA to file the respective Form 8 by 30th December'2021 without any additional fees.    

A general circular has been issued declaring the above said relaxation by MCA. General Circular No. 16/2021

This initiative by MCA is in favor of the LLPs struggling continue the businesses impacted by the Covid-19. LLPs are facing difficulties to file the forms on time due to pandemic effect and slow progress in the businesses. 



LLPs are being requested to utilize the opportunity provided and fulfill the statutory requirement of filing the forms with MCA without any additional fee ( Normal Fee shall be applicable if the form 8 is filed by 30th December'2021).
