New V3 Version of MCA website is Awesome and looks as the exact replica of Ministry Vision on Ease of Business Reformation besides Regulation!


Ministry of Corporate Affairs has come up with new V3 version of website with further enhancement to the existing V2 version of website. Complete requisite existing information available in V2 website is continued in V3 version keeping in view that information required by stakeholders should not be missed. 

V3 version is a revamped website structured for enhanced experience to the  stakeholders. Complete changeover of website has been done for making the website navigation easy and user friendly.   From the page top Logo to page bottom necessary links the website is looking very fresh with coherently framed sections.

New unique attributes are placed on V3 version website like E-consultation, E-book, service cards for user activities, screen size banners,  info corner tiles, quick links, etc., E-book feature was previously restricted to Companies Act, LLP Act but now E-book has been enshrined with all other applicable acts related to the Ministry. 

E-Consultation is a new attribute in V3 which would help the Ministry in taking suggestions of various stakeholders before implementing or enforcing any rules or amendments. Stakeholders practical problems faced will be given vital importance by Ministry with E-consultation feature and further implementation of any rule or amendment will be planned accordingly.


V3 version Phase 1 is introduced now to the stakeholders to get usage expertise with the website.  

Main and Advanced features like Compliance Management System using Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning, Data Analytics Technologies other more features  are planned in Phase 2 and the tentative Period for implementation of these features is schedule as October'2021.  Complete V3 version would be introduced to stakeholders for easier compliance and better regulation. 

E-adjudication process to make its way with Phase 2 complete version implementation which facilitates to take up the matters for adjudication by authorities without physical meeting of stakeholders at offices.

Vishakhapatnam will retain a page in the Indian History as Naval Dockyard place is selected to host the ceremony of INS RAJPUT services discontinuation on 21May21.  INS Rajput is an Indian Navy Ship served as destroyer for almost 4 decades with its capability in the Navy.
